I teach classic Hatha Yoga. In these dynamic classes we try to achieve balance between body, mind and soul by practicing asana, pranayama (breathing exercises)and a guided end relaxation. I respond individually to the needs of the participants so it is possible at any time and for all levels of experience to join in.

Yin Yoga is a calm and almost
passive yoga style that is mainly practiced while sitting or lying down and primarily stimulates the fascial structures in our body. In Yin Yoga all asana are held for 3-5 minutes, this way we give the muscles and connective tissue the chance to relax.
In addition to deep relaxation on a physiological and mental level, the Yin Yoga practice also promotes our self-awareness. I design the sequence to stimulate certain meridian, depending on the theme of the class and the needs of the participants.
Everyone is individual and has specific needs. No matter if pregnant, post natal, back or digestive problems, stress, tension, grief or if you just want to treat yourself to something good. I design the sequence of Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Yoga Nidra (relaxation) specifically to your wishes and needs.
